ADIQUIMICA continues to advance in its commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda

Since our foundation in 1983, Adiquímica has been dedicated to offering innovative and sustainable solutions for water treatment. Over the years, we have developed products and services that ensure water quality, savings and sustainability in various sectors, always guided by the values of innovation, sustainability, talent, trust and dynamism.

We are pleased to announce that ADIQUIMICA has just published the 2023 Progress Report (CoP) as a participating partner of the United Nations Global Compact on Water. With the publication of this report we reaffirm our commitment to Human Rights and the United Nations 2030 Agenda. This agenda includes the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which guide our daily work.

In 2023, the new updated UN Global Compact Progress Report (COP) came into force, which aims to make it easier for companies adhering to the initiative to meet their annual reporting obligation on the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles.

With the updated Progress Report (COP), companies have moved from reporting under a narrative format to a standardised questionnaire available on a new digital platform, ensuring greater transparency and better data collection. This report allows companies to:

  • Measure and demonstrate progress to stakeholders in a coherent and harmonised way with the rest of the initiative’s participants.
  • Learn and continuously improve performance by identifying challenges and setting sustainability targets.
  • Build credibility and brand value by showing the company’s commitment to the Ten Principles and the Sustainable Development Goals.

For all of the above reasons, we are very pleased to publish this Progress Report and to be able to demonstrate our commitment to sustainability to all our customers.
