This month of May, at ADIQUÍMICA, we celebrated the retirement of our colleague Josep Coletas. More than 41 years ago, having just finished his university studies in Chemical Sciences at the University of Barcelona, he attended one of our recruitment interviews. The interviewers appreciated his great talent and he joined ADIQUÍMICA with great success since his professional beginnings. After an initial training in water treatments, he continued his training in our Laboratories learning everything related to water analysis and also learning the best solutions to be applied to achieve the wàter qualities that our clients’ installations required.
It is worth highlighting the loyalty of his clients during these 41 years motivated by his duty of commitment and orientation to give the best service and above all his human quality demonstrated with clients and colleagues. For the last couple of years he has been carrying out the reverse process to the one when he started in ADIQUÍMICA and has been accompanying other technicians in his work as a trainer as specialist in industrial water treatment.
Josep Coletas, during his long professional career in Adiquímica, has represented in an outstanding way the values of trust, talent, dynamism, sustainability and innovation that are the flagship of the company ADIQUÍMICA.
